Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English for the convenience of our international clients. For legal purposes related to German jurisdiction, the German statutory regulations apply.

1. Acquisition Process All artworks are sold as unique originals. To inquire about a purchase, please use the contact form or email. A sales agreement is finalized only after a formal invoice is issued and payment is received.

2. Payment Methods We accept bank transfers (SEPA) and [PayPal/Stripe]. Full payment is required before the artwork is prepared for shipping.

3. Copyright The purchase of an original painting by Alek Gross does not include the transfer of copyright. The artist retains all rights to reproduction and digital use of the image.

4. Returns (14-day rule) Even for private sales via the website, the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies. If you are not satisfied with the work, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The buyer covers the costs of fully insured return shipping.
